Delete your AI Coin Collector account

This page explains how to delete your account in AI Coin Collector, the coin app by ADS Web Services B.V., and what happens to your data.

Delete it in the app

1. Open AI Coin Collector and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap the settings icon.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm with Delete. You may be asked to sign in again first.

No app any more? Ask from the web

Fill in the email address of your account. We send a mail to that address to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days.

You can also email support@aicoincollector.com from the address of your account.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in: email address, name, profile photo and settings.
• Your collections and the coins in them, with your notes, purchase prices and the photos you uploaded.
• Your scan history.
• Your points, achievements and statistics.
• Posts, comments, likes and follows, if you used them.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records that Dutch tax law requires us to keep: 7 years. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, which keeps its own purchase records under Google's terms.
• Security and login logs: up to 12 months, to detect abuse.
• Backups: your data disappears from them within 30 days, as old backups are replaced.

Your subscription is not cancelled automatically. Cancel Premium in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions, before or after you delete the account.
